What is the WhatsApp Business app?

You may already know WhatsApp is the most popular instant messaging app in the world with more than 1.6 billion monthly active users and more than 1 billion people use the app daily.

With such numbers there's no wonder the last few years it has become one of the favorites for businesses to provide customer support and sell their products and services. Once you migrate your account uninstall the main WhatsApp app so there won't be any conflict afterwards.
